About this Position
Timberlane is looking for an Executive Assistant (“EA”) for the two principals of Timberlane to help them stay focused on their highest and best use. This is an experienced individual who knows how to support leaders and engage with their most important relationships in a way that represents them and the Timberlane brand.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Calendar management: Manage and protect calendars to align with the needs and goals of the principals so they can make and honor their commitments

  • Email management: Where appropriate, proactively manage email communications in order to reduce email time for the principals.

  • Meeting preparation: Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings

  • Travel coordination: Ensure that travel logistics are managed, including airfare, accommodation and meals

  • Various correspondence: Handle all printing, mailing, copying and filing

  • Records management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records

  • Support operational improvements: Be an ally in the ongoing improvement of systems and processes.

    Compensation

  • Full-time, salaried position, $65,000 - $75,000 annual plus merit based annual discretionary bonus

  • Employer paid insurance premium for medical, dental, and vision

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • 5+ years EA experience with senior executives

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Proficiency with Office365 applications and Asana

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with senior level clients

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Drive and passion

  • Familiarity with the real estate industry a plus
